Fitness iPhone App (Stopwatch)

Job objective - Create an application for iPad and iPhone: stopwatch for Fitness combined with a music player.
App specifications (See images attached)
The application should be able to perform the following features:
- Stopwatch function: Notmal stop watch. plackback with music
- Cuntdown function: We set a timer (for example 10 minutes). When you press start, the timer will go down all the way to zero.
- Tabata function: For example: Workout for 5 minutes (rest 1 minute), then again Workout for 5 minutes (rest for 1 minute).
- Interval (or rounds): This feature will allow us to create rounds. For example: Workout 3 rounds of 5 minutes.
Additionally, everytime the timer starts, the music will also start at the same time. Music can be selected from playlists in your itunes library and from spotify.
Everytime the user starts a timer, he will have 5 seconds to prepare to start the workout.
Some of the settings and configurations are:
- Adjust interval duration
- Adjust duration of rests between intervals
- Adjust volume of sound effects and music.
- Adjust number of rounds.

This is our first mobile app, so we will also require your expertise to submit the application to the apple Appstore.
