Modify Design Blackberry app -- 5

Hello, seems impossible but still not found an honest freelancer that give me a design proposal in the time he wrote in the bid. I need to change the design made for a Blackberry app that I have already developed. New design should be modern and professional and enabled on all BlackBerry models or main models starting from curve 8900. Attached u can find mockup about current design. The programmer should also solve any bug found in the application while changing design. So I need both a designer and programmer skills to do this job. As u can see by the mockup the application is simple and the user can only read data and there is not any form for inserting data. Starting the project I need a professional design proposal for the UI which I will send to my customer who will surely ask modifies. After we will found the right ui design you will start to upgrade the design to the BB app.
