IM mobile app in IOS & Android

Please read the following very carefully and only bid when you understand everything below. We are looking for a team to build an IM app to adapt all major phones in China including IOS and Andorid and Mi (third biggest android brand in china [login to view URL]) . My team has already prepared all all the App flowchart with all the AE UI motion. There are total of 50 pages including all the login and trivial pages. You have to credit all the database, system, UI motion. Please consider the app as the combination of the following app: Tinder + Contact improvement + Facebook IM. It will require the following functions: 1) Tinder - matching with many criteria and filtering 2) Contacts sync with IOS/Andriod ( meaning abstract the data of the contacts from the system (viber/Whatapp) and then improving it. 3) IM function 3A) Voice Message 3B) Camera 3C) Photo 3D) Share contacts 3E) location using Chinese brand map / google for the rest of the world 3F) 3D non-motion Stickers - (all preapred) Working Period & Location: Enclosure 15 days for development in China. We will provide 5 stars accommodations and transportations (return) and beverage but you have to bear the cost of your visa. Testing period will be another 15 days in your countries. Then you have to maintain the app for another 30 days to fix the bugs. This means its going to be 60 days in total. Please do contact me in person if there is other questions.
