Customize a mobile document scanning App

We are looking to customize a mobile document scanning App, with the only functionality required is to scan documents and store or email them as multipage PDF file. We now use both CamScanner and TurboScan APPs and they are very good, however we want some basic defaults for our user group. Ideally, if there were an Open Source mobile document scanning App that could be customized to our needs that we would preferred. No other choices of what to do with the PDF. 2) Simplify the user options, so that the user has one option on how to use the App. 3) Apply our company LOGO design (not a must required) The User process: 1) Install the APP. When using the APP: 1. Launch APP on device. 2. Only choice for user is to “take an image/pic/scan document” 3. Image is allowed for quick review and approval if OK. 4. If OK, then next step will be to “send” PDF. This will automatically email the PDF to the pre-set, defaulted email address for ALL users of the APP. 5. That’s it. Basically we are looking to remove/disable some options and functionality of these APPS for our customized APP.
