Need someone who can create an application that can add image layers over a background picture and distort the added image layers by dragging them using the touch functionality in windows 8.1 tablet. It must be programmed with Visual Studio 2013 and WinJS
Its kinda like "Fabric.js" but i need it to be able to distort/skew the image like a trapezoid.
