Merchant service leads

I need someone to cold call via phone all the merchants in the tampa fl area. I need qualified leads with the owners and they need to have a credit card statment for comparison of rates. I am offering double if not triple what anyone else pays. I dont pay for leads not sold but I pay $50 to $200 per lead sold! I am expecting about 5 leads a day. Slo the potential to make $250 to $1000 a day is there. I will be personally running these leads and as the owner of this new sales office there is noone better or more qualified to close these leads. I have pver 15 years of sales experience in the credit card processing business.
