Produce a DVD Compiled of Youtube Videos

I need two seperate DVDs made from a collection of youtube videos.

Details of DVD #1:

For this DVD I need a simple title screen with a nice backgrond images or collage of images (Which I will provide) that will simplay have a PLAY buttom command. I would want this DVD to be comprised of a series of youtube videos (Which I will provide) but I would want the videos (some played in full and some portions cut out which are details I will provide) to be muted of all sound with the video played only but being played along to music of my choice (Which I will provide). So basically I need someone to take a word doc. or powerpoint display of specific details and instructions that I will provide and make and audio & video, DVD player playable, DVD disc for me. (Multiple copies may be requested)

Details of DVD #2:

For this DVD I need a more complex title screen with a nice backgrond images or collage of images (Which I will provide) that will have a PLAY buttom command And when the PLAY OPTIONS page. On the PLAY OPTIONS page I would want the two options displayed and each option will have a selection list of individual choices beneath (In order to understand this I will present an visual depiction of what I mean). Further details of this DVD are similar to those of DVD #1 but the different specifications will also be given in a seperate word doc. or powerpoint.
