Startup custom lingerie company is looking for contract sewers to produce underwire bras and panties. This opportunity is for someone who is looking for sewing contracts and wants to make extra money. Must be able to sew underwire bras and panties independently with manufacturing quality and speed. The ideal candidate would have the ability to work with manufacturing sewing guides and adhere to specified specs. Impeccable sewing ability and fast turnaround are critical. Lockstitch, 4 threads interlock, cover stitch, zig-zag stitching, and bar tack stitches are needed. Successful candidates will be able to identify colors and materials, quickly thread needles, use a tape measure, and will promote and contribute to a continuous improvement culture. Candidates will be required to provide a sewn sample for evaluation.
