Looking for FREEPBX guru with experience in Grandstream scripts and some custom settings.

I am working on a pre loaded PBX in a Flash server and will be installing Grandstream ip3275 phones. This will be in a hotel type environment. The rooms don't have network cabling which is why were using these, for the WiFi capabilities of the phones. The site has limited in/outbound bandwidth so we need the server to be able to download certain info at night, like news/weather/sports and store it on the server so the phones can access this info the following day from the server, not directly from the internet, not using critical bandwidth. I'm sure this can be done but not sure. Also, need to be able to load certain info from the server to the phones, like pictures from the prior day or info about checkout, etc. also the ability to have this server backup to another server as a backup in case of failure. This server will be in a remote location so getting to site to repair anything would be complicated and time consuming. would probably like to install A2Billing to track usage per user/extension. would like an estimate of what this will cost to complete.
