block Sentry MBA, Vertex and Account Hitman access

Hello, I have a problem and I hope that some of you have already found a fix for it. I do receive frequent attacks (credential stuffing) from cybercriminals that are using Sentry MBA, Vertex and Account Hitman (some of the tools that I have identified) and different catalogs of users/emails and passwords. Plus the usage of proxies along with the software. If you have a working fix solution for this (Linux server/apache web server) please let me know your offer. I am aware that captcha is a possible solution - so if this is your only suggestion please do not bid. Please only bid if you have solved this issue in the past. I need a fast/working solution.
