To whom it may concern: Without a full scope of deliverables, I can't accurately quote. But, I don't think I could anything altering the code except modifying the most basic of functions. Because to do a robust monitoring and performance engagement you need to know what you're looking for. You need to analyze where the performance issues are. It's simply not a task I could accomplish in a few hours or even a day. If someone says they can, I would doubt their work or integrity. If we really want to analyze the performance, we would have to delve much deeper than $250 would accommodate for time allowance. However, all this is moot until I get a better scope as to what needs altering and how comprehensive and detailed your code is.
