Hi,
i'm looking for a freelancer having experience with Astra Cesbo, ffmpeg, DVB-S PCIe cards for an IPTV Project.
1. Install streaming server
2. Transcode DVB-S stream into h264 using ffmpeg or something different Target: 3-4 Mbps stream udp
3. Create m3u list and epg files to automatically update
4. Install cracked XC and SP for MAG
5. Set up own vod
6. Clear documentation
Target 10-15 devices
