Write an Indexed Linked Mini-Encyclopedia of Three Sci-fi Novels

In writing new books for my science fiction series, I am forgetting places, characters, and chapter scenes from my previous books and struggle to search through my novels to remember who is who. I want something like a wiki for my writing information, however, I don't want the complication of installing a web server and database. So a private ebook or .pdf (with links) or another electronic format will have to do. Here is what I want: A document in electronic format with an index and with clickable links to all the (summaries of) named characters, significant places, and chapters of the three books. You would have to read all three books, write a paragraph to briefly summarize each named character, each significant place, and each chapter. Each of those summaries (for non-chapters) would contain links to related chapter summaries. Each chapter summary would contain links to related characters and locations. Also, the document should be an index or clickable list of the characters, list of all the chapters, and list of all the significant places. For main characters that are in most chapters of a novel, link them to the novel summary instead of the many individual chapters. So you would have a one-paragraph summary of each novel also.
