The property is a ground rent of value less than £8,000
The buyers representative has valued it at circa £1,800
We have been served notice to attend a hearing on 1st March 2012
Initially, we require:
Enfranchisement Valuation Report. (To date we have stated that in our opinion, the house should be valued in accordance with section 9 (1C) (6) of the act as modified by section 9 (1AA)
