Fix an issue with Pusher api in Laravel 5.4

I am trying to send Pusher message from one user to another. Here is my test case.

Opened one user account in Chrome. Open another account in Firefox. Sent the message

from Chrome. It sends but Firefox is not receiving it. but vice versa is true.
