IPhone/Android APP

Simple App for Iphone & Android: 1. User will request a search on the App. 2. App will pull data from online website/database. 3. App will return data to the user's phone in the same Format as online website/database. 4. App must have ability to store data the user wants to save and must return results in a timely manner. *Must be: US/UK Developer with Experience, Recurrences, and Portfolio of Apps Completed! (MUST HAVE). *I would like to develop 2 Apps which would be compatible to the "CURRENT" versions of :iPhone and Android. *It is important to make sure the application will run on all the most recent operating system versions. *Must Assist in submitting the Apps to Android & iPhone for the Developer account ID and password.. Also, the “apps?? should be tested before we submit it to Apple store & Android Market. *Must link a webpage that hosts the information about the application as well as screen-shots of the application. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform NOT SURE?
