Submit Form after successful ajax validation call with jQuery in ASP.NET MVC 5.

Hi, I need to someone to remotely dial-up to my computer using TeamViewer and fix an issue I'm having with my ASP.NET MVC web app. When posting a form, I perform client validation using jQuery and this part works fine. Once all clients validation is valid, it calls the /ApplicationForm/ValidateForm Action from my controller and it returns a Json response. If server validation fails, it returns 'false' for the success property and a list of errors which are displayed in a validation summary. This part is working fine as well. The part I can't get to work is when the server validation is valid and the Json response returns 'true' and no errors. I've got JavaScript and jQuery code which I hope would work and when detecting this, I hope that it would submit the form as normal to another action from the controller i.e. /ApplicationForm/Index which would then add the relevant information to my database. Please do note apply unless you have experience in asp.net mvc, javascript and jquery. I've spent too much time on this already and can't afford for another developer to spend time trying to figure out what may or may not be the problem. You have to know your stuff and make sure to apply only if you are 100% confident you can provide a working solution quickly. I've posted my issue on SO and I may be going about it the wrong way. According to a user I should just call my ApplicationForm/Index action and in there perform the validation and return any errors to along with my ModelState which is fine but when I do that, my PartialView messes up the entire page but that's a direction you may have to take. Do not overcharge as this is a personal project and will just spent the time on it myself if it proves to be too expensive. If and when the contract is assigned, I'll provided you with all the details as to where the relevant code is located and remember that you will have to work within my working hours which are out of office hours (i.e. 19:00-03:00 - GMT weekdays or 22/23:00-05/06:00 AM weekend). Quick recap: 1. Fix the javascript/jquery to perform a regular post of the form when ajax server validation is ok. or 2. Fix it using ajax & PartialView with single call to ApplicationForm\Index 3. Fix it quickly. 4. Keep pricing resonable. Thanks.
