Global countdown for all users using firebase functions and react

I am looking for a developer who can create a global countdown using Firebase functions, firestore db and React. The countdown should be able to countdown to a specific event and should have a specific design that I have in mind. The main functionality of the countdown should be to display the countdown itself, without any additional features or notifications. I have code for other parts of the site, so only coding the countdown is necessary.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong proficiency in React, firestore and Firebase functions
- Experience in creating countdowns or timers
- Ability to implement a specific design provided by the client
