• Objective : The objective of this solution is to assist the legal team for documenting and monitoring litigations of the company. This solution will be the means to track the status of ongoing disputes and document the work-papers / judgement / orders of the litigations closed.
• Target Audience : Legal Teams / Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel / Reviewer
• Estimated users : Central Admin, Legal Admin, Chief Legal Officer / General Counsel, Company Representative (Advocate),
• Brief Work-flow :
The team member shall create case on the tool.
The reviewer shall view the case uploaded.
Reminders shall be sent to the company’s representative on the date of proceeding. The details of the proceedings to be inserted by the representative or any other legal team member.
• Final Outcome : Reports and Dashboards conveying the status of the cases pending, closed etc.
