Build Front End Only for Website Application

The fronend framework must be ReactJS. 2. Must be well documented code 3. Code must be develop with security in mind and be efficient. 4. Codebase to comply with the DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) 5. Website will be hosted on Firebase The developer must have the attention to detail and not be rushed. There are about 35 webpages to develop which are quite basic. About 10 of these are quite detailed. There are also about 25 simple modals to develop I have created mock up designs in Canva and have screen shots or access to the webpages of what I am after so you don't need to come up with these. I am happy for you to use any template and material UI, just as long it looks like my designs. I don't have any Sketch or Figma designs. When bidding for this project please indicate realistic timeframe to complete. Please also indicate if you have experience with backend development and Firebase as this will be the next phase.
