Add a left accordion nav to my app and shift a few elements around

I have a music app at [login to view URL] and I need to change around some UI elements a bit, the year selector up top "Hot Weekly 100" needs to changed to a left accordion menu which I've designed in PSD. The music player on the left will now go to the right, and the filter will drop below the new left accordion navigation menu. Look at the website and see the picture attached to see the changes. You should be very good at javascript so you can map the years to the correct tables. I NEED THIS DONE ASAP within 24 hours. Do not bid if you can't finish very quickly.
