Fix drop down menu html5 css IE7,8,9 FF and Mac safari

I have a drop down menu that is really hidden divs. I doesn't look right in all browsers as well as when you hover over the area the drop down goes away. I need a CSS HTML5 expert to fix issues. Must be pixel perfect in all browsers. I don't care if it has to be re coded to work but all the heading tags must stay the same for 508 purposes. I will also ask this same person to consolidate other CSS files into one stylesheet as there seem to be 3 of them and fix some small header CSS items. Must provide within 48 hours of taking bid, must have skype and be a good communicator, must be able to take a project and knock it out without me having to stay on the computer. Must be able to test Firefox and Safari on the Mac as well as PC Firefox and IE 7, 8, and 9 Looking for BEST bid and price Project can not go in your portfolio This is not a hard project to someone who knows HTMl and CSS its a small section of a website. Please note fixes can not mess up the rest of the website.
