Write a user-friendly, good looking software installer for a Java program. You can finish an unreliable / incomplete one we have started (Innoscript) or make a new one from scratch if you prefer. Our Java program requires H2 database (including SQL schema install) and MongoDB - both of which must run at Windows start-up. Budget - £100 The installer should work on 32 bit and 64 bit Windows - versions 7 and 8 at least. The installer software should be open source and agreed upon (trustworthy non-open alternatives can be considered if good reasons for that). Deliverables: the installer, all script/code you write, which must be 100% owned by us, screenshots of the installer working on 32 and 64 bit Windows systems, plus instructions on how to use, re-build and maintain the installer, so we can use it to install future versions of our software. See attached zip for more info. Timeframe: a few days.

I already done some installer using the Nullsoft installer ( NSIS ) See [login to view URL] This installer is really reliable, opensource and easy to maintains. Need few days, let's say 5 in order to give me some margin. Will probably deliver quicker. Milestones paiement required. Cheers,

Hi, Do you want to embed the data of your app into the Installer but in this case each new version of your app requires recompiling the Installer project. If you want to leave the data of your app outside the setup, then no need to recompile the Installer project each time you release a new version. If you want to embed the data into the Installer and you do not want to recompile the Installer project each new release time, I could create for you a simple tool to pack the data and update the Installer embedded data for extra £50.
