RTSP client in Pure Java -- 2

A Java client will use the Real-Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP)/RTP to receive video from the server.

The client support standard RTSP commands such as SETUP, DESCRIBE, PLAY, PAUSE, and TEARDOWN in conforming to RFC 2326

The server is a webcam.

The client uses url as address. Example:

rtsp://<username>:<password>@<camara address>:<port>/sub

or

rtsp://<username>:<password>@<camara address>:<port>/main

The client must support both H264 and H265 encoding.

The frame return from could be either raw images or JPEG. This configurable.

The frame return must include a timestamp from the camera on when the image is captured by the camera. The timestamp should be based on the RTCP Sender Report.

1) Video should be as ByteArrayOutputStream.

2) Sample code should write the frame as file with the time as filename (for easier validation)

3) The time should be epoch time in milliseconds.

The camera will be NTP sync
