Process folder of mp3 files, extracting metadata from headers, and saving to CSV

Hello, I have a ready program for extracting metadata from MP3 files and importing into SQLite database. Will rework it for your needs. Code uses C and TagLib.

Hello, any native programming language (like mentioned C) is a best choice for this task. To speed up the process, multi threading can be applied (to read from more than 1 file at the same time). Please tell me what data must be read from MP3 tags and in what order it will be written to CSV. I'm ready to work for you.
