Modification to nxfilter -- 2

Hi, I would like to engage a professional with the necessary skills to integrate some software changes to an existing opensource project - nxfilter. I am clear on what I want intergated with the current platform: 1) I want to streamline the UI and reduce the UI mentions to a low subset of menu options, making the full set of menu options available under an"advanced setting" menu option. 2) Remove toasts and few other tid-bits from the UI 3) Create a background process in whatever language you choose to identify a change in state (addition or deletion) of an entry in a flat-file to perform a create or delete function using the nxfilter 4) Wireless setup JSP webapp that is tied into nxfilterorg authentication for joining to a wifi network (I have wireframes / mockup and some thoughts on how to achieve this I can share as needed) Please reach out to me for more info as required to provide a fixed price package of work.
