Create Simple Custom Indicator in Interactive Brokers TWS

I am new to using TWS and I'm trying out the platform. The first thing I realized is that I can't get my own custom indicator without programming using API's. What I need is simple. I need custom indicators with the following requirements:
1. When I right click on a price chart and select Add Study>All Studies, a pop up window currently appears showing all available studies. An additional group should be added to this window under the Studies tab that has the group Custom Studies, with two custom studies, to be called "LowAV" and "UpAV" available for selection as other studies are. 2. Clicking on LowAV or UpAV should allow me to then Add these from the Available Studies list to the Applied Studies list. (See File [login to view URL])
3. Once either study is in the Applied Studies list, clicking on the study will allow me to enter a parameter X (number of days, whole number > 0), and select the color for the study to be displayed in.
4. Calculate AV = the average range of the prices (ie. average of [high - low]) of the stock or commodity on my screen for the last X days.
5. Calculate two lines. Line 1 = For each day, plot [AV + lowest close in last X days]. Line 2 = for each day, plot [highest close in the last X days - AV]
6. If selected for display, display a colored line on the chart for UpAV or Low AV, or both. (see file [login to view URL]).
7. These indicators should also be selectable by right click on the chart > Add Study, and be in their own next level sub-menu called Custom Study.
8. The studies should have the following default color - UpAV = Orange, LowAV = Purple.
9. All of this should load automatically when TWS is started up
