Build Arduino base robot

I’m developing new product, most needed functionality was done by myself, however, I lack robotic, electric engineering and programming knowledge, therefore I’m looking for a freelancer to help me improve current components and develop more major functionality. At the given moment there is Arduino board that is interconnected with all the current components (ultra-sonic sensor, water temperature prop, L298D Bridge + DC motors, 7.2 lipo battery, HC-05 Bluetooth module) on the breadboard. Arduino is programmed to sends information’s from those components through Bluetooth to Android application, where data is modelled. 1st step is to develop new major part which is a wireless endoscope. something exactly like this (the size and shape of camera and waterproof feature): [login to view URL] ,however the cable connecting endoscope to wireless transmitter has to be much more thinner and super elastic(was thinking of using NiTi Super elastic wire), wireless range needs to be around 100m, and live streamed image has to be received on to current mobile application or re written mobile appliction. 2nd step is to review and improve current components 3rd step is to integrate reviewed components together with newly created endoscope 4rd step is to change from Arduino + breadboard set up to PCB board setup and AT mega chip 5th step would be to rewrite my current mobile application to model the data in much more professional manner. Ideally I would like to have PCB board model(I would need a lot of those PCB boards as I plan to mass produce my product) with instruction on how to connect all the current components to it and more professional mobile application to reactive and model data from PCB board components.
