Libraries for fetching TXT-records from DNS and base32 encoding

I need 2 libraries for J2ME.

1. First library should be able to fetch TXT-recods from a DNS server. The library must do pure UDP/TCP requests directly from the phone to the DNS server. No middle layer of HTTP proxy or such. The library must also be able to automatically find out the default operator DNS servers to use it. NO hard-coded DNS servers like Google DNS (8.8.8.8).

Here is an example how you do it in Java SE (but your job is to make it work in J2ME):

2. The second library needs to be able to to encode a string to base32. Decoding is not needed.
