Carousel Effect with Implementation

Hello Guys, We need to Implement the Carousel effect on the Website that we are Building up. All other things are workable. On "View Our Work" page, videos that are managed / uploaded from admin section are displayed on carousel (see attached document), along with the details like Title, Agency and Director. We need a highly creative Individual who can accomplish exactly what is required. Please check the Attached PDF to get a Proper Understanding of what is required to be done.
