Website content management including optimisation

We run 2 websites for different businesses. They are both wordpress sites and one requires some updating of content and optimisation and the other requires just some optimisation. The first one has a blog installed, it just needs to be activated and we will require some minimal instruction on updating this. However, we will also require some assistance with integrating that blog with all social media outlets. So the project is fairly straightforward for a wp professional and would require, I expect about 4-6 hours work. This may also be an ongoing opportunity and we may require some minimal training though initially just a small project. Thanks!
