SEO Refresher 2

We want to do a small refresher for our website I run a small Market Research business in the Middle East and want to optimise my search engine rankings through link backs, blog posts, forums, article submission etc etc - you know your job better than i do :) The site to be worked on is [login to view URL] - have a look before u bid.... You will see my site is very small and there are very few businesses like mine here in the Middle East so it should not be difficult - just dont have the time or the knowhow to do it. We were on page 1 for a while but slipped as we have not done a refresher. Please don't post a one liner saying that you are ready to take on the job - Post a PM on some indications how you will do it..... including some stats of how many link-backs, forums posted on etc so i can decide on value for money Ideally I want article submission ( 40) " with six written articles. - one way links from other sites ( 75 ) - directory links ( 500 ) - blog/forum links ( 40 ) - social bookmarks ( 100 ) - press releases ( 10 ) focus on: Middle East Market Research Saudi Arabia Qualitative Research Focus groups in Saudi Arabia Market Research in North Africa, Qualitative Research in India. complete report to be sent for verification. I am not expecting radically high traffic to my site - just specifically people looking for market research in my region..... though my site is in flash - the content is PHP based CMS and MYSQL.... So unlike shopping or travel sites, DONT WANT loads of traffic..... so please quote accordingly
