Need 400 PR3+ links from Football websites

The link builder should be highly experienced - please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following rules: RULES: - All links must be from Football (soccer) or sport betting related sites, NO EXCEPTIONS! (Fan websites, club pages, sport betting betting blogs...) * All links must be strictly from: Google PR3+ Pages (not the homepage, the actual page where the link is placed) * AT least 30% backlinks must be ENGLISH, but all other languages allowed * Maximum of 20 links per day. * ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW and No [login to view URL] blocking * Each backlink must come from a different website and different IP address * Backlinks must be free one-way manual links, one link per domain, one domain per IP * All backlinks must be live as soon as you create them. * Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, Bing, MSN and Yahoo within last 30-80 days. * Links must be permanent, You agree to replace any links which are removed within 60 days * We reserve the right to cancel any link and you will replace it with another if not found suitable. * No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. * No Websites that originate or INTERLINK from the same Class-C IP address * No links from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, comments, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, porn sites, hate-based or violent websites or ping sites. * NO black hat or Grey hat tactics or links that violate Google rules or TOS. * No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing. * No links from "under construction" pages. * No sites which ask for money or reciprocal links now or later * No graphic links * No links from sponsored ads * No links within news groups * No use of automated software or bots. * No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages. * No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. * No adult websites or with illegal content. You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet before payment is made: 1. Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), 2. Site Name, 3. Anchor text used , 4) Google PR of the link page 5) IP of link page 6. Date placed. Testing: All links will be tested to: Check if they are live Check if they're DoFollow and Anchor Text is correct All domain PR will be verified All pages will be tested to see if the link is publicly viewable Note: Whitehat is crucial and required.
