EMAIL BLAST TO HIP-HOP MUSIC ARTISTS - repost

I need some one to send email blasts out to (hip-hop/R&B/RAP) music artists in the USA and Canada. The list is about 100,000 The email list must be to (hip-hop/rap/R&B music artists). I will need blasts on a regular basis. I also need some form of information to know how many people are receiving the emails. We will be able to tell by the response anyway but we want to know so we can adjust the promotional material. We are promoting & branding the services we offer on our website.
