Design my facebook page and publicise / market it

Hi, I am looking for someone who can design my Facebook page which is going to be used to market my product. I have an account created already just that there's no design yet (which is meant for you to complete) This person should be able to do a professional page design for me and must be familiar with the marketing strategy. You will have a proven and verifiable track record of delivering high end, polished Fan Pages that have the wow factor. As part of your application, please type in MCG to the application so that I am sure that you have read this brief in its entirety. I'm sorry to say that if the project is not completed up to my satisfaction and deliverables, no payment will be given. We are looking for serious professional providers with the opportunity for a lot ongoing work. Please provide reference to existing work, ideally for branded clients but the quality of the work is most important. This is the simple first project I'm going to try on and if things work out well, there'll be more in the future.
