Urgent- Email sending to 7000+ leads

This is an urgent task and we look to select a provider immediately. A previous provider is now unavailable and we are behind schedule. This job is a smaller job but if successful, we have immediate larger jobs for qualified candidate. We have 19 smaller lists ... some with only 150 leads, others up to 3000. A total of 7000 unique emails with an expected 10%-15% bounce. We need to import and mail to each list separately (each of the 19 lists will get a slightly different email message). We provide the lists and messages and other details to start this task RIGHT AWAY. Your job.... - to be able to immediately start this task - setup a reliable mailer on your server or ours (if you have consulting/advice on which is better and why, we’re happy to pay for your advice too) - import all 19 lists - mail the CORRECT message for each list (or give us admin to a SIMPLE interface so that we can carefully match the message to the correct list) - make sure the message is properly formatted (with a previous provider, they copy/pasted the text and it was being sent out as one big block instead of proper sentences/paragraph formatting... another provider somehow copy/pasted our text and was sending with tiny fonts and double spacing) - mail all 7000 emails in one day - have full stats of hard-bounces, successful, opens - include an Unsubscribe with each message - mail from a clean, non-blacklisted IP - ensure high inbox delivery (at least 80% but this is a small mailing, we expect 90%+ inbox) - previous experience is a MUST (please provide details/proof of email sending work)... specialization in this field is preferred Happy to place full funds in escrow (milestone). Can pay bonus for consulting/advice from a qualified provider. Can pay bonus for exceptional and quick work. Will likely have future jobs and BIGGER jobs for qualified candidate.
