International 24/7 Customer Support (inbound) (Dutch speaking candidates)

International 24/7 Breakdown Center (inbound) is looking for a Dutch speaking candidate who has good communication skills, adaptable, outgoing personality who can work independent from home as well in a team (communicating online). We are especially looking for a candidate who is interested in a long term contract (2 years possible, having fixed hours weekly. If you are interested in having a monthly fixed income for a long time, working from home and have feeling with customer support, then let us know. Working hours will be mostly from Monday till Friday from 11:00 - 18:00 (Dutch time) and extra hours are possible in the weekend. Job Duty: * Answer incoming calls professionally to customer standards and provide information or explain procedures. * Follow up those established procedures when needed in clients system. * Demonstrates competency in computer knowledge of systems required to perform duties. * Accomplish organization service level. * You need to have a good and stable internet connection to connect the internet-phone (hardware) directly to your router/modem. Internet connection has to be stable and fast (at least 5MB download speed / 1 MB upload speed) due to phone/speaking quality whit work. * A good reliable laptop and quit working area. Qualifications: * Skill qualifications like verbal communication, Phone Skills, Listening, and Data Entry Skills * People skills, informing and customer focus, customer Service * Attention to Detail, Professionalism and Multi-tasking * Can work on own initiative. * Flexible, reliable and punctual. What we offer: * Guarantee of min 35 hours a week (up to 40 hours a week is possible). * Long-term period (2 year or even longer, depends on our clients) * You can have fixed working days and fixed working hours weekly. * We provide you a phone (IP Phone), headset and software.
