Dear Freelancers,
we are a group of researcher and we are looking for an experienced individual to perform MRI images analysis.
Particularly, we have several MRI sequences (T1 T2 FLAIR Gadolinium enhancing, for each sequence we can provide axial, sagittal or coronal images) of a sample of anonymized patients suffering from multiple sclerosis and we would like to analyze them using, at least in part, automated methods to get:
- t2 lesion load and total lesion volume
- t1 lesion load
- lesion probability maps (as described here [url removed, login to view])
- brain atrophy
Any of the free available softwares (FSL JIM OASIS MIPAV/LesionTOADS Freesurfer) allowed.
If you are able to perform any of the above mentioned analysis do not hesitate to contact us as we are looking for someone to carry out this project but also to form a team for future projects
