Great Artist !!! here is your solution !!! As Image has straight lines, so by programming those lines (pixels) can be easily read and can be drawn on Visio file. Then by adding conversion code to convert Visio to SVG you will get desired output. Please check my video, which read all images pixels and tells percentage match between all images at my account or just ping me so I can share those link to you.
