Illustrate map over neighborhood

We are looking for a designer that can create an easy overview in A4 format a map over a neighborhoods.
This neighborhoods has 67 houses and some garages.
We have a map over the area. This overview must be an easy draw over the area.
An overview over the areas is in attatchment 1: [url removed, login to view]

The houses on the map is with terraces and other thing on ground. The house must be into easy boxes. And they must have the number on them for the number.
I have a drawn example on the houses and how they can be done ([url removed, login to view])
I will came with correct placement of street names when you are finish with drawing.
We must also put in some threes. I will give exact places of the threes. That will be at the end of project.
We have seen some example out on the net. This is not necessary the best. We need a creative designer to fix this.
If you have some example from before in same project, let me know.
About project:
It must be high resolution. I must could edit the file after the project is done.
