Develop a Mac Application

To whom it may concern, We have a client who is interested in putting together an app, so I wanted to send you through some details on what they wanted so you could hopefully provide a costing estimate. The client manufactures and sells high quality school-life albums for parents/children. For each year of their education, there is a dedicated pocket sleeve and a display insert for them to stick photos to and collect school records within. We, recently held a focus group for the product to grasp consumer perception, feedback and suggestions. One of the points that was raised was that consumers would prefer to be able to collate images for the display insert digitally, as the majority of their photos are taken on their phone and are stored digitally. Essentially, what we need is an app that enables people can create a private account and login to, which will permit them access to a digital version of the 2-sided album display inlay so that they can customise it online using their own photos. They will need to be able to upload images from their photo gallery, Facebook, Instagram etc to the app, so that they can insert them as they wish. Along with this, we will need to have a bank of 20+ questions within the app, that users will be able to choose from and add to their display inlay as an optional extra. Once the user is finished customising their display inlay, there will need to be the ability for them to then send it to print. (The client is in conversations with a printing company regarding this aspect of it). When someone signs up, we will collect their details and send them out prompts by email to remind them to finalise and get it printed. To summarise, this is pretty much how we envisaged the process to operate: - User downloads the app - Makes an account/logs in - Opens up a library of display inlay templates/ or a customisable inlay is selected for them - User chooses which one they want - Upload photos from phone gallery/Facebook/Instagram etc - Play around with where each image is displayed (they can add photos to the front and possibly back of the inlay - if they don't want questions) - Insert a text box to write a small message if needed - Upload questions to the back of the inlay from a library of questions (example of questions - What was your teachers name? Who is your best friend?
