Looking to get a chatting application built from scratch on the iOS platform

Previous similar experience will be extremely helpful!

Please reply back with the answers to the following questions :

1. Scale of 1-10, 10 being very confident, how well can you replicate and make an application that is more advanced(in features, functions, UI,design, etc.) than "Skout" and/or "Kakao Talk"(Both chat applications are free on iOS and android) from scratch all the way to publishing of the app??

2. a) How many hours is your estimation for a job such as this?

b) How many weeks will YOU need/take?

we are looking for specific answers therefore would appreciate a response that covers all of our inquiries.

The application that we are looking to develop is similar to “Skout” and “Kakao Talk” which are both currently available for free on both iOS and Android.

1. a. How confident are you that you have the skill it takes to develop an application like “Skout” and/or “Kakao Talk”? Could you replicate them? Please rate from scale of 1-10, 10 being “I can make a carbon copy.”

b. If more advanced features, security and user interface and/or more components are necessary, are you confident that you can create a smooth, bug-less program?

2. How many working hours do you expect such a project would take?

3. If you were to begin the project immediately, how long based on your current schedule do you expect you would take to complete the project (ie. X amount of weeks)?

4. Do you have any previous experience that would be helpful for such a project? Such as do you have any experience in building a chat application from scratch?

5. Are you able to provide all the services necessary from beginning to end, including the publishing process for either iOS and/or Android?

6. Will you be working on this as a team or individually?

7. How much do you expect it would cost to create an application like “Skout” or “Kakao Talk”?
