Android App with Map

I need an Android App (and possibly a iPhone/iPad app) that can find your current position, superimpose it on Google maps and give you directions to the location. There will be a total of about 400 locations (all in America) I need the application to know. Also, you should be able to search for locations using a search bar. When you find a location you want, you should be able to see contact info. I'll need to be able to add and subtract locations every few days, so it should have the ability to be updated. Apart from that, nothing fancy. Just need an app that gets the job done. Please include in your bid examples of apps you've created and if you can work on the iPhone platform (as well as how much you would charge for transposing this app into iTunes. Please, only serious bids only. If you don't think you can get this job done please do not bid. A partial payment will be made when the App is accepted for sale and the final payment a month after launch. You agree to fix any bugs in the application before the last payment is made.
