Benötigt wird eine App die ein digitalen Anamnesebogen einer Zahnarztpraxis sein soll. Es sind verschiedene Textfelder die man entweder ankreuzen soll oder mit einer leeren Feld ausgefüllt werden sollen per Texteingabe. Am Ende des Fragebogens soll ein digitales Unterschriftenfeld sein welches auch zertifiziert sein muss um eine rechtssichere digitale Unterschrift zu erhalten vom Patienten.
