Need help creating a web form for a class that I am taking. Should be very basic. Between <main> and </main> tags, code an HTML form with the following elements: Text field for user's first name. Text field for user's last name. Text field for user's email address. Text field for user's phone number. A text area for user comments. Submit button. The form tag must include the following attributes: The action attribute with empty quotes: action=" " The method attribute with the post value: method="post" The autocomplete attribute with the on value: autocomplete="on" The text area should include the following attributes: The name attribute The rows attribute The cols attribute The form should have autocomplete turned on. The email address field should have autocomplete turned off. Each input field must have a name using the name attribute. Each input field must have an appropriate label. Add a level 2 (h2) heading above the form telling the user the purpose of the form. For example: <h2>Tell Us What You Think</h2> Save the [login to view URL] page. Part 2: Format the Web Form Using CSS Add an internal CSS stylesheet to the head of the [login to view URL] document. Use <style type="text/css"></style> around your style rules. Add at least two style rules to format the form. Choose at least two from the following: Background color of form. Background color of input tags. Border color of input tags. Font type for text in form. Font color for text in form. Style rules must include all required symbols: { and } Colon : and semi-colon ; Required quotes as applicable. Style rules must use hex color codes, not color names. Save contactus.html. Part 3: Form Field Validation: In [login to view URL], add the "required" attribute to three fields of your Web form. This will force the user to add content to the fields before the form will submit correctly. For example: <input type="email" name="email" required> Add a text field to the form that asks the user to create a four-digit passcode. Add a button next to the field for the user to test the passcode. Include instructions for the passcode field. Note: The text field will test that the passcode entered contains numeric digits only and that the passcode is four digits long. It does not actually set a secure passcode. To complete this step, type the following code into your Web form: Image 1 This code includes a function that is triggered as a validation when the user enters text into the input field and clicks the button. The function will allow the user to enter any 4-digit number value from 1000 to 9999. It will also return a message (using [login to view URL]) so the user knows the passcode entered is valid. You should only edit this code if you fully understand the JavaScript or your validation may stop working. Add one of each of the listed additional form elements to your existing form: Radio group Checkbox Drop menu Reset button Save contactus.html. Part 4: More Form Formatting Add formatting to the existing internal CSS in [login to view URL] for the form elements added in step 1 above. Code your new style rules inside the existing <style type="text/css"></style> tags that are in the head of the document. This formatting can include any of the following (at least two required): Background color Border color Border rounded corners (border-radius) Padding Width Add a background color to the passcode field. Choose a background color that is different from all other text input fields. Hint: The passcode field is type="number". Save [login to view URL] and close.
