My Name is Danny and I reside in NY. I need a Professional programmer that can code a video chat streaming Software. Also, I need it to have video calling notification & Other features like Skype. I have been let down by another developer before and I don't want that to happen again. Therefore, I am seeking to hire a Professional Programmer only that can complete my request. You will not get paid up front. When the job is complete, you will get paid. I don't want to go through the hassle of chasing my money.
