Add listing on CRM and uploads to over 10 real estate portals ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc) and social media platforms (FB, IG, TickTock, LinkedIn, WeChat etc), and custom WP website.
All Enquiries a saved to the relevant Listing so agent can view all in one place.
It would be good if we can also implement calls from the CRM, but not essential.
Also needs to update onto Calandars (iPhone, Google etc)
Also need a phone app version.
I am currently using a CRM I can give you access to. Although I also use Zapier to make extra things works properly. Rather than have 2 accounts, I would like to create my own that does what I need.

Once complete the CRM will be uploaded to my website.

each contact has a 'Match Profile' so that when another Listing is published that meets there requirements, it is automatically sent to them.
Contact Profile Includes: How many bedrooms do they need? What is there budget? Are they looking to rent or buy? Property ID
All the information for the Contact, can be found in the Property Listing that they have enquired for.
The CRM will store unlimited Properties (can then make future Listings so dont need to re-upload), Contacts and Listings.
