Javascript, Jquery, and CSS Work

Basic requirements: -Communication is key. If you cannot work, you must say so immediately. -To start, updates must be provided every 2 hours. This can be in the form of code blocks, screenshots or screen capture, etc. This is to make sure scope is understood, and quality of work can be verified. -Work must occur and be completed this weekend. Don't apply if you cannot work immediately. -I will be working closely with you to start to make sure everything is progressing smoothly. -ASK QUESTIONS, NEVER ASSUME. ============================================================================= Everything is done within Clickfunnels, which is just a cloud-based WYSIWYG editor system. Pages are linked together automatically (via submit buttons) when you create a new page in the software. I am selling t-shirts using a 4-page funnel. Landing Page -> Checkout -> Upsell -> Thank You Page. All of these pages have already been created, and now just need additional javascript and CSS functionality. A lot of my code will be reused among other pages, so everything needs to be in objects, properties, and methods. This way I can test new designs only by editing the constructor for the object. All JS code must be wrapped in a handler function to make sure objects exist before taking an action on them. For example, a recursive function using setTimeout. I have this coded, but not sure if it is most efficient. All pages MUST be desktop and mobile-friendly (responsive) and work on IE, Chrome, Safari, iOS and Android. Clickfunnels has a desktop and mobile view to help with the viewports. If you can make CSS designs look clean (front-end), extra bonus points. I need efficient javascript and (if you can) beautiful CSS. Attached is the code so far, and what the checkout page looks like. The styling is there, but there is some javascript logic (hide divs on click, add total, etc) that needs to be done.
