Create Responsive HTML Template with 4 pages

I need RESPONSIVE HTML template that consists of 4 pages for automotive database with specifications for cars, motorbikes and other vehicles.
There will be ads spaces for advertising on all devices - pc, tablet and mobile.
1. Index - the main page with all brands - wireframe 1
2. Models page - this page will list all models under a brand - wireframe 2
3. Versions - this page will show all versions under the selected vehicle model - wireframe 3
4. Specifications (specs) page - this page will show all specifications of the selected vehicle - wireframes 4 - with separated sections for engine, body, performance etc, just like in the inspirational websites.
The idea is easy and fast navigation from index page to specs page.

- You can use Bootstrap or Foundation but please only necessary libraries, the pages must be as light as possible with less possible code for fast page loads.
- I like the design of autoevolution but please don't use the same colors and not exact same
- Fixed width 1000px for DesKtops, rest responsive to screen.
NO images in the design, just CSS and as light as possible for fast page loading.
Payments will be made after review and test of each individual page, because small adjustments maybe made.
Find attached the example wireframes - I have attached wireframes 1, 2, 3 and 4 and after that 4 more just for example from auto-data ( dot) net
P.S. If you can write the PHP for this website, we can discuss because I will need someone to write the PHP behind the template. In another project of course.
