PSD Emailer to HTML & CSS

Cut out this PSD Emailer to HTML & CSS. [login to view URL] This E-Mailer is NOT responsive and should be cut out EXACTLY as the design shows. Links will be provided. This emailer will be sent out from Outlook, to Outlook subscribers only. The Client also wants the emailer to activate the outlook feature that shows that this emailer can be accepted and added to the calendar immediately, like in this example : [login to view URL] ---------------------------------------------- QA & Testing: 1. I would like to inspect the HTML code myself before continuing with point number 2 below. 2. We have a account on 'Campaign Monitor' (emailing platform) [login to view URL] I would like that code uploaded to our account in order to have it tested by sending a live email to my email address. The emailer will then be tested on both desktop & mobile device. CHANGES & REVERTS: You need to allow for reverts and changes until the end product is perfect. I agree that 'out of scope', will need to be billed for as extra. PAYMENT Terms: Payment will be made as 5 different milestones, where the last payment will be released after the mailer is tested by you, myself and the client and I'm satisfied that the emailer HTML works correctly for both desktop as well as mobile.
